In the context of Unilever’s program to deal with youth unemployment, Liberty created for the first time 3 heart kiosks to sell ice-cream in the centre of Athens, in cooperation with the Municipality of Athens. The kiosks employed overall 57 young people aged 18 – 25 that were selling ice-cream. 65,000 ice-creams were sold overall to the Athenians and the guests of the city. The money made was offered to the Vocational Training Centre of the Municipality of Athens for youth training seminars.
